Barry Tessler, P. Eng., President

Mr. Barry F. Tessler, P. Eng., President, is a
consulting engineer in the province of Ontario. Mr. Tessler graduated from the University
of Toronto in 1975 in the field of mechanical engineering. He has also attended several
courses at RCI ( Roofing Consultant Institute), RIE (Roofing Institute of Education),
OIRCA and other organizations. He is currently a member of RCI, PEO, OBEC, NRCA and the
MEA. Mr. Tessler has been a certified thermographer for fifteen years and is one of the
oldest active thermographers in Canada. |
| He has extensive experience in the
field of infrared thermography having performed over 55 million sq. ft. of roof surveys,
800 electrical surveys and inspection of more than 150,000 km of overhead transmission
lines. Mr. Tessler is the founder and principal of Thermaco Engineering. Previous to
developing Thermaco he acted as a project manager in the thermal division at CIL Inc. and
was also a field engineer at Combustion Engineering and Babcock Wilcox. His background in
thermal dynamics has assisted him to develop one of the most accurate thermal testing
services for process refinery heaters, electrical inspections and the evaluation of
thermal performance of buildings in Canada. Mr.
Tessler has extensive experience in the design and construction inspection of all types of
roofing projects from flat roofing, metal roofs to shingles. He has been involved in the
design of more than 200 construction projects ranging in value from $ 10,000 up to $ 1.5
million. His key goals is to bring honesty, integrity and high quality service to all his
customers.
Mr. Tessler has promoted education and the training of new
engineers for more than fifteen years. In this time period he has personally trained over
summer and work terms more than twenty five new engineers. |
Mr. Haycam Salameh, Asst. Manager of Engineering

Mr. Haycam Salameh is a structural civil
engineer and graduate of the University of Damascus, 1982. Mr. Salameh previous to coming
to Canada was involved in project management and providing site supervision for the
construction of commercial and institutional buildings in Syria with construction values
of more than $ 10 million. Mr. Salameh provides Thermaco with construction management and
inspection services for all of its clients. Mr. Salameh is also responsible for the
inspection and layout of fall arrest anchor systems. |
| Mr. Salameh has over four years
experience in the inspection and design of flat roofing systems. He has attended several
courses by RCI and is presently studying to become a professional engineer in Ontario. He
also assists in the preparation of technical specifications and drawings. Mr. Salameh has
been involved in the inspection of more than one million sq. ft. of roof construction and
twelve million sq. ft. of roofing. |
Mr. Atallah Chalil, Manager of Inspection & Architectural Services

Mr. Atallah Chalil, graduated in Architecture
from the Polytechnical University of Damascus in 1988. Prior to joining
Thermaco, Atallah Chalil obtained extensive Canadian experience working
with several leading architectural firms in
Toronto. Mr. Chalil is manager of the inspection department at Thermaco and
also acts as an inspector on all types of roofing and masonry
construction projects. His duties are to ensure that our clients receive
the highest quality of roofing from contractors. |
| Mr.
Chalil has attended several RCI courses in roofing and has provided
roofing inspection services to Thermaco since 2002. Mr. Chalil is also
involved in the design of remedial measures for building walls, concrete,
masonry repairs and window problems. Atallah brings to our team more than
sixteen years architectural experience. Some of his projects include
construction management for Toronto Community Housing Corporation and the
City of Toronto. Atallah has looked after many built up roofs, slate,
shingles and metal roofing projects. |
