We are professional consulting engineers in the province of Ontario offering specialized services in building sciences including the evaluation, design, tendering and construction management of roofing systems. We have inspected over the past twelve years more than 40 million sq. ft. of roofing and designed and inspected over four million square feet of roof replacement.

Thermaco offers cost effective preventative maintenance programs and leak finding services at a reasonable cost to assist its clients in maintaining their building assets. Our experience includes all types of flat roofing, BUR system, two ply modified bitumen membranes, PVC, EPDM, coatings, resaturants, shingles, slate, tiles and various types of metal roofing.

We offer our services throughout Ontario, Quebec, Maritimes and the northern U.S. We are active members of the Roofing Consultant Institute, Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors Association, Professional Engineers of Ontario and several other organizations.

Thermaco also specializes in providing technical audits on buildings, due diligence reports, expert testimony on roofing, building envelope studies and visual inspection and condition reports.

Thermaco has extensive experience and is one of the oldest thermography services in Canada with more than fifteen years experience in the testing of roofing, walls, windows, electrical systems, high voltage transmission systems, process refinery heaters and inspection of various types of process equipment.
